Glass panel dedication

Finished cutting the glass for the panel. It's been cold in the studio, so soldering has been slow. I still need to make a wood frame that fits into one of our windows. The panel will be able to slide back and forth so the window can be opened. Please stay tuned for the finished project.
I'm dedicating this panel to both Erika and George. George is the frog (I love frogs) and Erika is the bird (she loves Blue Jays). She also loves irises. Gardening has always been a shared passion of ours. I haven't seen the panel in the sun yet, but I'm hoping the panel shows light breaking through the dark clouds and being reflected in the marsh-like foreground. Our marraige started 27 years ago to the day and we started our lives together close to the Suisun Marsh.

BTW, hey person with the initials KR...your email doesn't work. I've tried several times. Please send me a response.

Pizza in the snow?!

Yeah, why not? Sure it's cold and there is snow on the ground, but I gotta have my pizza. So, you haven't lived until you have had our Galiano meatball thick crust pizza. Damn it's good!!! We have been experimenting with sour dough crust and I think it turned out vey well. I really don't understand why people make these huge brick pizza ovens and use a cord of wood to heat it up. Pretty silly way to do things. This stainless steel oven is portable and built like a tank. Takes only 10 minutes to heat up and uses kitty litter pellets as fuel. Simple to cook and clean. I can cook pizzas all day with this thing. Cheers!
